We have an opportunity for a graduate to join our business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working across the Retail and Hospitality sectors from our prestigious office in Central London. Paying a salary of £16,000 - £20,000 + uncapped commission and bonus potential. Realistic prospects of promotion within the first 12 months for the right individual.

Job Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Leading Consultancy:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be:
- Supporting an experienced team of consultants by sourcing high calibre candidates for clients job opportunities via a number of methods including headhunting, online search and networking.
- Telephone and face to face interviewing and screening of candidates in order to put a shortlist of suitable candidates forward for positions with our clients.
- Attending client meetings alongside colleagues in order to develop account management skills.
