Job Role - Restaurant Managers - Opportunity in Recruitment:
As a Hospitality Recruitment specialist, you will be involved in sourcing high calibre candidates, interviewing and assessing their suitability for our clients vacancies as well as dealing directly with our clients and consulting with them on all aspects of the recruitment process.
How can I make a successful transition into Hospitality Recruitment?
All of our consultants have either Hospitality or HR experience and we prefer to employ individuals with operational experience and then train them to become successful recruiters.
You might currently be a:
- Restaurant Manager
- Deputy Manager
- Assistant Manager
- Graduate with some hospitality experience
We will consider applications from a variety of branded hospitality backgrounds.
