Chef Recruitment Consultant.

An opportunity has come up in our company for a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager working in our Chef division from our Central London office. With a salary range of £20,000 - £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £55,000 plus the opportunity to develop to become a member of the senior management team within the next 2 years. There will be a golden hello payment made of £2,000 to support individuals during the initial 3 month period in the role where you will be building up your pipeline activity.

Job Role - Chef Recruitment Consultant:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Understand that building effective relationships will be at the heart of your success.
- Have the gravitas to influence to senior management.
- Work in a proactive manner to understand client instructions and source appropriate candidates to match the brief from a variety of sources.
- Source new business through utilising referrals, networking and direct approaches to companies.
- Understand the benefits of a quality over quantity approach.
- Be creative and industrious in your approach to placing candidates for difficult to place vacancies.
- Effectively market candidates by virtue of their CV and ensure a close match with candidates aspirations and client requirements.
- To coach and mentor candidates through the client recruitment process.
- Be able to work to and achieve financial targets and other KPIs.

- Understand that recruitment falls within the "sales" category rather than "HR"
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
You will initially be working a warm desk whilst at the same time be expected to undertake pro-active business development in order to develop new relationships and revenue streams.
